Torque Multipliers are designed to easily tighten and loosen fasteners that have high torque values using a torque wrench. Input torque/force is multiplied by the input ratio, to provide a higher output force.
Torque multipliers must be used with an appropriately set torque wrench to avoid overload damage. To extend the life of the torque multiplier, it is best to operate within 80% of the maximum torque output.
